Great pastries and breads. Prepared foods are a tad expensive. It's the service that really sucks - slow and inefficient. Clerks have no system, not very friendly, not aware of who's next, and they're constantly in each other's way as they get different goods or make a coffee drink. This place is great, I loved the atmosphere and ambiance. We tried the feta cheese and veggies sandwich and a smoked ham pastry, and both were just good. The brewed coffee was average, but the latte was great.

Good food and had a nice lunch overall. Service was terrible and staff was almost rude. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay for some chocolate bunnies even though I was the first I'm line, they served someone far away closer to the door first. Should be more pleasant when dealing with customers and less unhelpful and abrupt. Food is good. Didn't buy more to take home due to the staff inattention and overall behavior. Eating area and toilets could have been cleaner.
