The one best nyf in ottawa, Katrina Nico and Rae were pleasant and knowledgeable and delivered food quickly despite high demand. Katrina even got fresh onions for me when they ran out. Great service!

Honestly the nasties fries I’ve ever had. Most of them were soggy. They forgot 2 of my toppings, but I decided not to say anything because the tall white girl was so rude to me when giving my friend and I our food. The workers here honestly seem like they hate their job and their life and it really reflects on their service. Wouldn’t come here again 0/10. I would give this no stars if I could.

What prompted to write a review in the first place was that absolute petty behaviour from the two young teen girls working there today Jan 21 @ 1:30 pm. Did not appreciate having the dark skin one with blonde loc extensions turn to the Asian one and start to loudly and clearly laugh at me and then think they are being slick by asking each other “are you okay ?” … what is the point ? What do you gain from acting like that ? Life is short … why go out of your way to make someone feel bad just because you are insecure. Then I asked for salt and pepper and quickly had three salt bags thrown onto my tray, while she giggled and couldn’t make eye contact. So I said “thankyou , enjoy your shift “ and went on my way. After taking one bite of the food I had to throw it out because the fries were undercooked , gravy was cold and also overfilled to basically the point of being soup. I basically paid 12$ for an orange juice and to be mocked for no reason. On a side note , also wasn’t very appetizing to look at the Asian girl’s infected facial piercings while she made my food. If you’re going to allow your employees to present themselves like that than a mask should be mandatory.

Delicious ! But at least four other customers in line including myself couldn't get their Fry Society barcodes scanned . Seems the barcode reader there is faulty.

I love new york fries and have eaten at every location in ottawa over the past years. I go 3-4 times a month and today i had the best fries from any location EVER. The owner is a wizard behind the glass and exceptional customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I have no affiliation in anyway to new york fries.

Just ordered from uber and there was nothing on my hot dog and no fork to eat my poutine and being a construction work I keep them in pocket so was unable to eat thanks for wasting my money use common sense would you eat a poutine with fingers

Was there for,an early lunch today.I usually go to,st Laurent mall but.Was in the area,was not impressed.

Service from the fella named Azad was fantastic. He listened to my order, was kind and patient as I decided what I wanted, and ultimately served me a delicious poutine.

The poutines here are peak. This is my first time going to New York Fries in the food court, and now that I've been I think I'm gonna be coming here every time. Friendly staff. Tasty hot gravy. No complaints.

Was there today,at the location. In the st Laurent shopping center,in Ottawa. The food was not, so good the hotdog has. Almost no toppings, the poutine looked gros. But the thing that, upset was the customer service. The person that,served me seemed like. He was upset,he was rude.

If you have Cockroaches which you did the other day in a box of potatoes, you told your EMPLOYERS TO KILL THE BUGSN STILL CUT THE POTATOES, THATS DISGUSTING HRALTH IS BEING CALLED

Ethan and Lukaz gave excellent service to me. I reccomend this location if you love fries and poutine!
