Persis Grill - Orleans Reviews
I don't recommend!!!!!!
worst customer service and disrespect from such unprofessional manager.
wanted to speak to the manager but he refused and sent the waiter to say he is busy. we told him if manager didn't come we gonna leave and won't order, and he was just fine that we can leave!!!!!
such a bad experience.
A friend and I had lunch at Persis Grill. It was so yummy!! Our waitress Hasti explained dishes very well and gave us awesome service! Too busy enjoying to take photos. Persis is at 2288 Tenth Line at Brian Coburn.
The meals are delicious, and we enjoy the atmosphere. However, we have arrived at the restaurant several times between 8:10-8:20 pm, only to find it closed, despite the posted closing time of 9 pm on both the website and the restaurant door. I suggest updating the closing time on the website or ensuring the restaurant stays open until 9 pm. This discrepancy causes inconvenience for guests who plan their visit based on the advertised hours.
Persis Grill - Orleans offers a delightful dining experience with its expertly prepared and flavorful dishes. The ground beef and chicken kabob platter is a standout, featuring perfectly seasoned and cooked meats that are tender and juicy. The tantalizing salad with a tangy house vinaigrette complements the meal beautifully. Customers praise the delicious and generous portions, as well as the great ambiance. While some dishes may be considered pricey, the overall experience is deemed worth every penny.
The restaurant is known for its delicious shawarma, both chicken and beef, as well as its poutine, which customers describe as a pleasant surprise. However, some concerns have been raised about the restaurant's closing time, as it has been reported that the restaurant has closed earlier than the advertised 9 pm closing time on several occasions. Additionally, customers have expressed that the Caesar salad is overpriced, costing $14.99 without chicken and not being enough to feed one person.
