Had an unforgettable night at this club! From the moment we walked in, the energy was was amazing. The DJ can definitely read the room with the music he was playing. Drinks were good and well priced, and the bartenders were fast, friendly, and professional. The staff and management team were super welcoming and helped keep the vibe fun.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit, and to express just how appalled I am by both the conduct of your staff and the lack of professionalism displayed.
My friend and I ordered two drinks at the bar—one each. To our surprise, we were charged for three drinks instead of two. At first, I did not notice the error and paid the bill. When the bartender attempted to serve us three drinks, we realized there had been a mistake and politely requested a refund for the extra drink. What should have been a simple and straightforward correction instead escalated into a deeply uncomfortable and unnecessary confrontation.
Rather than addressing the matter calmly and processing the refund, the bartender raised his voice, refused to resolve the issue, and began leaning aggressively over the counter, gesturing with his hands in my friend’s face. His behavior was not only unprofessional but intimidating, confrontational, and completely inappropriate for someone representing your establishment.
This experience left me shocked, uncomfortable, and at a loss for words. I could not even defend my friend because I felt so uneasy and intimidated by the staff member’s aggressive response. What should have been a minor issue became a situation where we felt disrespected, belittled, and unsafe. I have frequented many establishments, and I have never encountered such unprofessional and hostile treatment from staff.
I want to stress that this was not simply poor customer service—it was behavior that crossed a line. As paying customers, we deserved to have the error corrected with courtesy and professionalism, not to be confronted and made to feel uncomfortable. I am appalled that a business would allow its staff to treat customers in such a manner, and I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this behavior. No customer should ever be subjected to such intimidation and hostility while simply trying to enjoy their time at your establishment.
I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and implement the necessary corrective measures to ensure this does not happen again. I would hate for future customers to have to endure the same negative and upsetting experience that we went through.
I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.

UPDATE: The owner has continued to ignore my emails and call, and has not even returned my communication attempts. Instead, they chose to publicly reply on my Google review (the same as this one) and completely flip the narrative. It’s disappointing to see management prioritize reputation over accountability a poor reflection of professionalism all around.

for the most part this place is better than most just extremely small. Had a birthday there and used the bday package but did not receive the champagne they advertise it with and no sign as it was “dead” despite putting in a reso in advance. Also had to wait a while till someone seated us.. definitely need to up their game on VIP status
Came for drinks on the weekend. DK was the best! super funny and personable. highly reccomend!

Good evening I came to your bar last weekend and really as much as the owner of a club in another continent you must change your security agents (so-called bouncer) the disaster intimidation verbal violence hired a fusionnomist with your agents between us I I won't put any more footsteps in this place But the rest is the DJ and I say a big hello to the whole bar team, excellent service
