They lowered their quality, increased their price, and lowered their portions. I used to love Ruby Inn when I lived in the area, I went out of my way to get it today and was very dissapointed. First of all the taste/quality has changed. The pork was grey/green and unappetizing, the chicken was dry, the chicken balls had been sitting in their sauce and were practically just soggy mush, just not the quality I remember. This is my favourite Chinese food place by far. I've been going to Ruby since I was a kid. The sweet and sour chicken balls are the best I've ever had, no other chicken balls have even come close.
