Everything is amazing the food was hot and delicious also the service was wonderful

On march 14th at 6:30 pm, I picked up my food. While my son was eating his food, he felt piece of glass in his mouth. He took it out and showed me. I called the restaurant to be aware of what happened and to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers. The lady right away accused me by saying it's from me and from a glass of water, maybe from our own house. What's worse is she said maybe you want free food...which is just wow.. I have been buying from this restaurant for over 5 years. Many times, we have had issues here and there. I didn't write a review. But this is a serious failure by the owner regreading safety and employee behaviour. I even texted her the photos, too and she said she would let the manager know too. There is no update on the matter since. Never buying from this restaurant again.

We came with a big group without a reservation, and they still did such a great job accommodating us. The food was really good, the vibes were great, and the service was honestly amazing. Super friendly and attentive staff — definitely a place I’d come back to!

Terrible experience recently being there. Found 2 hairs in 2 seperate dishes, 1 hair being inside the chicken shami kabab 2 plates sent back to the kitchen cause they were cold. Staff replaced the dishes which I appreciated but when asked for compensation for all the mistakes made, manager was rude and yelling and acting as if we were in the wrong. Did not get any compensation. Never going back. Dont recommend.

So I ordered kebab and the meat was disaster like I couldn’t even cut the meat and it was smelling like a old you know spoiled. And the people who works there were talking behind us. We understood what they were telling about us, but we make them to not feel it. It was my worst experience that I ever had in my life. Football bad service was bad atmosphere was very very bad so she gave us soup. We waited for five minutes for the spoon and the soup become colder after like I don’t know whatever so stay added to the kebab, but it’s not like a kebab. It was like I don’t know like it’s something else.

I came here with my friend and the service was so bad the Waitress forgot to bring a spoon for the soup the bad thing is that we ordered Kabab and the meat was old and smelled so bad. The Waitress was an old woman and when we complained about the food she was mad at us. She didn't care about us and she cared about her sweeping and cleaning. I even can’t talk about her behaviour ohhhh she was like an old person acting angry with her eyes. That is why they don’t have customers Because of their behaviours. My advice is for everyone that please don't go to such a bad and worthless restaurant.
