So I ordered kebab and the meat was disaster like I couldn’t even cut the meat and it was smelling like a old you know spoiled. And the people who works there were talking behind us. We understood what they were telling about us, but we make them to not feel it. It was my worst experience that I ever had in my life. Football bad service was bad atmosphere was very very bad so she gave us soup. We waited for five minutes for the spoon and the soup become colder after like I don’t know whatever so stay added to the kebab, but it’s not like a kebab. It was like I don’t know like it’s something else.

I came here with my friend and the service was so bad the Waitress forgot to bring a spoon for the soup the bad thing is that we ordered Kabab and the meat was old and smelled so bad. The Waitress was an old woman and when we complained about the food she was mad at us. She didn't care about us and she cared about her sweeping and cleaning. I even can’t talk about her behaviour ohhhh she was like an old person acting angry with her eyes. That is why they don’t have customers Because of their behaviours. My advice is for everyone that please don't go to such a bad and worthless restaurant.
SIMPLY DELICIOUS...The naan, the rice, the kabab, the tandoori, the mango lassi and the salads were all outstanding!!. Our server was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We will be back many times. We highly recommend Samar Kabab !!
It was our first experience here, and everything was five stars. Service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was empty when we dined there but that didn't stop the great ratings. Very big portions and very delicious! 100% recommend this restaurant. We will be back with our family! We were so excited we didn't even take pictures!

Exceptional food, in a quiet, friendly restaurant. Unique flavours in Ottawa, I would strongly recommend the wraps for take out, or any of the shami plates. (And the naan is incredible) We will be back!
