was craving ramen , chose this place based on reviews and wasn't disappointed. Got to the restaurant during water change over which we were notified about immediately, letting us know ramen orders might take a bit of time. we were not in a rush and If we were the ramen would of made up for the ramen orders being delayed. we ordered gyoza to start,then ordered spicy tan tan and my spouse ordered Tonkotsu Black both with thin noodles , from the first bite we were very satisfied...read full review
I regretted my visit yesterday to this restaurant. Being new to Ottawa, I was excited to try this place out on the recommendation of my loyal boyfriend who has been a regular customer for five years. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Despite trying to place an order with the waiter, they were too occupied attending to other customers who arrived after us. We even made eye contact with three different waitresses, but they didn't bother to come and serve us....read full review
