How About Italy? Good idea! Our dry-hopped Italian-style Pilsner is made with 100% local pilsner malt from Mississippi Mills Malting and dry hopped with Saphir and Spalter Select hops. This refreshingly simple, dry beer has a blast of citrus, restrained mowed grass and a crisp finish.
Voices Carry Rockaberry Sour, one 500mL bottle beer (5%25 ABV)
For this latest iteration of Voices Carry we took our base sour and aged it 4 months. It was then conditioned on generous amounts of blackberry, black currant, raspberry and a touch of lactose for a delicious, slightly sweet and creamy treat. This beer is our homage to the OG wine cooler that Spark's founder, Andrea drank back in the day.

Dry-hopped with loads of Citra and Mosaic, it evokes aromas of juicy peach and sweet citrus and finishes with a gentle hop bite. The perfect accompaniment to hours of cat videos 🐱

Amiable 500ml Bottle, Belgian Saison 6%25
A classic old world saison. Mississippi Mills Pilsner, Vienna and a touch of wheat malt make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper, pear and citrus dominate, and a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Saaz hops comes through on the finish. Traditionally keg conditioned to produce a soft carbonation and a beautiful meringue-like foam.

An excellent place for a casual outing. A cozy space, cool lights, and a great playlist. The pizzas were delicious and the perfect size - filling, but you don’t feel terrible after. The beer selection is also amazing. I look forward to coming back.

Visited Spark Beer & Pizza in Chinatown on Thursday, and I was thoroughly impressed! The butter chicken pizza and garlic cheese fingers were absolutely delicious—a perfect balance of flavors that truly stood out. The innovation behind their menu is remarkable, and it’s clear the cooks put a lot of thought and skill into their craft. Kudos to the team for delivering such a unique and satisfying dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work—I’ll definitely be back! 🍕...

Great place for a quick drink if you're in Chinatown! Kind and attentive staff, nice drinks. We had their pizza by the slices last time we went (tasty) but it looks like they've updated to full pies now, however I imagine them to be just as good. Patio is cute, I appreciate their clean bathrooms as well!
