Voices Carry Rockaberry Sour, one 500mL bottle beer (5%25 ABV)
For this latest iteration of Voices Carry we took our base sour and aged it 4 months. It was then conditioned on generous amounts of blackberry, black currant, raspberry and a touch of lactose for a delicious, slightly sweet and creamy treat. This beer is our homage to the OG wine cooler that Spark's founder, Andrea drank back in the day.

The joys of endless scrolling! But don't scroll past this excellent hazy IPA, brewed with Mississippi Mills Pilsner malt as well as a touch of wheat and oats for a lightly creamy body. Dry-hopped with loads of Citra and Mosaic, it evokes aromas of juicy peach and sweet citrus and finishes with a gentle hop bite. The perfect accompaniment to hours of cat videos 🐱

Amiable 500ml Bottle, Belgian Saison 6%25
A classic old world saison. Mississippi Mills Pilsner, Vienna and a touch of wheat malt make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper, pear and citrus dominate, and a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Saaz hops comes through on the finish. Traditionally keg conditioned to produce a soft carbonation and a beautiful meringue-like foam.

Cute area and really cool vibes and decor inside. Tried two different pizzas which were nice but nothing spectacular. The service was really friendly and nuce and you could tell they were excited with us trying the different beers in flight form. Definitely recommend this place to those wishing to explore Ottawa breweries!

Spark Beer & Pizza was actually very good and likely deserved more than 4 stars but we were a table of several people and my pizza wasn't as warm and fresh out of the oven as I would have liked. The crust though was a true Neapolitan and I am sure if we were a smaller group it would have been tremendous. Their homemade beer was also exceptional.

Honestly the best beers, service and snacks in Ottawa. Recently attended a 50th Anniversary party at Spark. An unlikely spot for this type of event, but the owners and staff knocked it out of the park. They had something for everyone ages 5 - 85. Thanks for hosting a great party!
