Disappointing experience with one staff member. I urgently needed to use the washroom and explained that I was going to purchase a drink right afterward. She repeatedly told me I had to go to the counter to get the PIN, even after I explained how urgently I needed to go.
She then walked to the counter with me and ended up giving me the PIN herself. She could have simply given it to me moments earlier instead of making an already uncomfortable situation unnecessarily difficult.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers friendly and efficient service in a spacious, clean environment with plenty of seating. Despite being a busy location, orders are processed quickly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience. Staff are helpful and go above and beyond, such as making drinks for customers even when they accidentally order at the wrong location. Overall, customers appreciate the quick, correct service and welcoming atmosphere, making it a reliable spot to enjoy coffee.
