Quiet while I was there yesterday, around 9 am. But I noticed the store was filthy. Tables, floors, front doors were gross too. This is a management issue!

Have come here a few times when in Ottawa for work and sports over the last 2 years. The staff has always been so friendly, efficient and absolutely lovely. Service is fast. The store is clean and welcoming.

Was there at 630 this morning and the door was locked even though there were employees in there and it was supposed to be open. Myself and 2 others were waiting out in the cold knocking on the door for 10 minutes before they finally decided to put up a sign saying they weren't opening for another 10 minutes. We all walked away at that point(i had to get to work). Very much unimpressed.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Madison for her excellence in customer service! When I was sure the staff barista added milk rather than soy, despite saying to me in person that she did not add milk, and Madison asked this employee “are you sure?” And she insisted she did not, when I delivered the coffee to my partner he immediately knew there was milk and this was so upsetting that I called to complain and Madison not only remembered how important this was to me an hour earlier but she took great care in ensuring I was pleased with this negative experience!!! Great manager right there and so I had to write this review to thank Madison!

One of the most terribly laid out Starbucks I've stepped foot in, to the point that I'd be embarassed if I ran this place.The coffee was good and the staff were polite.

40 cents more for a tall, 30 cents more on bakery items vs other locations. Watery coffee. Very inconsistent experience ordering here. The staff are so forgetful or *something* goes wrong. The view out the window is also an eyesore - not somewhere I'd want to sit in. Definitely skip this location.
