I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Madison for her excellence in customer service! I love this chain as you don't feel obligated to tip every time, except at this location for some reason. It used to not even be an option, but now it's been changed on their keypad

Have come here a few times when in Ottawa for work and sports over the last 2 years. The staff has always been so friendly, efficient and absolutely lovely. Service is fast. The store is clean and welcoming.
