Ice machine wasn't working. No one knew how to fix it.Fries were OVERLY seasoned; it wasn't edible.The place is EXTREMELY cold. They don't have their heat on or what? I couldn't feel my hands or feet and I never took my jacket off.They were sold out on a few dipping sauces which is unfortunate because you can't enjoy the food without them.Also sold out on the side kickers so I didn't know what to order!!Edit (today is another day)The ice machine is still not working.And again...read full review
I must have been there on a good day. Came in from Toronto. Drove by and came in with my wife. Store was clean, service was very polite and the food. She had a slider I had chicken tenders, were too hot to eat at the start so crazy fresh and they were moist. I had all but given up on KFC in the GTA. I thought it was

The staff was so nice and the foood was warm and fresh and delicious! We did dine in and the place was warm and calm and clean!! We were there in the evening until before closing and had the best kfc experience!!
