Last night was our first time at S&D and it was an exceptional experience! Wonderful atmosphere, top-notch table service, and the food was exquisite! We had the tartare to start, then, at the helpful recommendation from our server we did two half-bowls each to sample the pastas. It was the right call - everything was to die for! We’ll be back!
My friend and I have been to this restaurant several times. It has become somewhat of a tradition for us because the food is consistently exceptional. Even the bread and the house-made butter are memorable, which says a lot about the care put into the menu. Every dish we have tried over multiple visits has been impressive, and the kitchen deserves recognition for that level of quality.

You will likely find this place on most dining guides, and there is a reason for that. Their food is great and the service is impeccable. I would recommend 4 or 5 dishes if you are just two people. Their starters are great. We had the leek salad, tuna crudo, and the beef tartar. All these dishes were a knockout. Their pasta was great too. Sadly, we didn’t have room for their famous baked Alaska (which is gigantic!), so if you want to order that you might want to go lighter...
