Thai food often has unique flavors of sweetness and spice. The taste of lemon grass, red chilli, bamboo shoots, coconut milk, onions, garlic and ginger just to name a few. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the lack of flavors in my last order from Thai express. The soup broth was bland, almost like water, the noodles tasted like they were frozen or pre-packaged, definitely not fresh hand made. The accompaning ingredients were scarcely found.
