Very good pub, it’s what you’d expect. The steak and mushroom pie was a little dry, and needed all the gravy and a little bit more. Beer was refilled when empty, and I enjoyed the country music even though some other people didn’t. The cauliflower bites were enjoyable

love sitting at the bar on a quiet evening to drink Guinness and write. friendly staff, good and affordable food. comfy place to hang out. though i'm sure the regulars miss Alexi, who was a great bar tender and fun to chat with.

We just happened to stumble on this Pub after moving our daughter into her new place and my goodness - what a GEM! My daughter and I have food intolerances and Dee was just incredible going through everything to ensure that food was safe to eat and not only safe but just DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back and if we can manage to be there on a Tuesday - Trivia for sure!
