Wow went there early in the morning, fantastic staff, was served by Nora, was super sweet and attentive, coffee tasted great, donut was awesome, will be returning.

I love this store but the older woman, I think her name is Nora, is SUPER rude!!!!! She was talking in Filipino language which is also my language, so I understand everything. SO RUDE!! She’s ruining the image of this store.

I ordered my order which was read aloud back to me and I confirmed it to be correct. Then I was handed something else. When I mentioned the error a young kid behind the counter stated that the screen is there for me to ensure the order was correct rudely made me the right order reusing the meat and cheese from the first sandwich. Quite rude, glad there are many other locations downtown ottawa

Taken over by American/ International Owners. Same old formula, CUT QUALITY AND INCREASE COSTS. Food now so bad it is not even Junk Food, Even my daughter now refuses to go there... No Canadian identity left. Now just another Junk Food chain...
