I like this Tim Hortons service
I won’t even lie the customer service here is absolute dog water. I gave the lady my $10 dollar bill, she turns around laughs says it’s fake to her co worker and just didn’t much talk to me. First time I ever got a bagel uncut and my iced coffee with 3 damn lids. No real welcoming to customers just friends slacking off at work while they serve as they please.
I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances, but the service is consistently terrible. It is extremely slow, and the customer service is nonexistent. The employees don't smile or greet you—they just stare, and there seems to be a major language barrier because simple orders and request modifications are missed almost every single time.
