World Exchange Plaza Parking Garage - Lot #9

I am convinced that Indigo Parking issues tickets that “cannot be read” at pay stations as a means of forcing people to pay the $30 lost ticket fee, which is what happened to me and the gentleman in front of me today. I kept my ticket as the sole item in my suit pocket the whole time so there was no risk of demagnetization, but two different pay stations kept rejecting it as unreadable. I called multiple Indigo Parking phone numbers, all of which redirected me to voicemail. At some point, the frustration of trying to deal with this company rapidly exceeds one’s desire to pay a fair and accurate parking fee, and so I just paid the lost ticket fee to get out of there. Strongly recommended parking elsewhere.

Do not come here. If you park after hour, they close ALL doors. It took me 30-45 min to find my car. They locked every door and no signs was provided. Also, the paying machines not working! Basically, you are trap inside and paying $$$$ out

This place ripped me off for 11$ today then refused to.give me the money back.The first machine didn't have receipts so I was forced to go to the second machine. Paid 40$ (parking is 25$) and the machine gave 4$ back. Had to go down to the parking office and the lady straight up said she can't give me the money but if I fill out a ton of paperwork i can come back another time to get a cheuqe for 11$.Really? 25$ a day for parking, and two faulty machines, yet you can't refund me when your machine does not work properly? I'm sure they really need that 11$ more than me with the 25$ a day price tag. Thieves.Park anywhere else if you don't want to Pay 36 to park then have a horrible experience running around to be told you won't get your money back.

There's almost always space and multiple exits to get where you're going up on the surface. However, the ongoing construction is a pain.

Very overpriced given how many free spots are available and when comparing to other options in the area. You will still be charged for a full day of parking (25$) even if soliciting the car wash business located in the parking lot. It seems like bad practice to charge customers even when not parking in one of their stalls.

Not free anymore on weekends. $8 on Saturdays and Sunday.

They just increased the price from $20 to $25. A full 25% jump, talk about controlling inflation.

Worst parking experience ever. None of the pre-exit machines were working. Exit machine took my credit card and kept it and the arm didn’t go up so I was trapped. Couldn’t open my door, 6 cars waiting and honking behind, help button called to a voicemailbox that was full. Literal nightmare.

I go there because it has communauto cars (EVs). Free parking at weekends I believe.

Free parking on weekends but there was a sign that said “no overnight stay, and we will tag or tow…” which I asked the man who was responsible there and he said it’s ok to park.
