“We had our anniversary dinner at Shanny's last night, and wow, were we ever impressed! I seem to have the curse of always having some kind of issue with my food when we go out and always being disappointed, but there were absolutely zero issues here. Everything we had was so very good.

We had the braised apple pork belly appetizer, the tenderloin and chorizo pappardelle for entrees with some duck fat new potatoes and the creme brulee and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. We really loved the pork belly, and would return just for that. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection and the risotto that accompanied it was delicious. The pappardelle tasted so fresh. The desserts were also amazing. Portion sizes were very good, we certainly didn't leave hungry!

The only downside is that the price is high, but compared to other more expensive places in the area this one is worth it! Service was friendly and prompt, and the decor and vibe was nice as well. Overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking to dine the area! Sorry no photos, the food was so good we didn't even think about looking at our phones :)“

“I had the Anne and Steve's burger with a side of poutine, would recommend that if you are looking for a burger. Piña colada also slaps as well and the Shirley Temples are also pretty good too. with great service accompanying all that I'd say it's worth the stop“

“Four of us chose Kincaids for quieter, low-key dinner out. We couldn't believe that on a Friday night, we were the only guests (a little worrying). However, the food and the service were excellent. The House Pelee Island red wine was modestly priced. Two orders of Chicken Quesadilla were the best seen around Owen Sound. The Seafood Scampi was delicious and loaded with Seafood. My sirloin steak was perfectly cooked. This place has been off our radar for a few years, but it may be the go to place for a decent dinner location. Well done to our Server Ruth and the entire Kitchen staff.“
