“From the moment I arrived for lunch today I had a very good experience. The staff was very positive/pleasant and extremely courteous. I've never before had someone perceptive enough to bring a take-out box before I had to ask. I've never before had someone come to the table to let us know that she'd be briefly using a vacuum cleaner because she wanted to remove salt from the carpeting (= respect for us and the facility). I really enjoyed the food as well. Thank you to those I interacted with today, and the organization that creates an atmosphere where they can shine.“

“Absolutely amazing experience at Kelsey's in Owen Sound! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. The menu has great variety, so there's something for everyone. Overall, it was such a great dining experience, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food, great service, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere!“

“I had the Anne and Steve's burger with a side of poutine, would recommend that if you are looking for a burger. Piña colada also slaps as well and the Shirley Temples are also pretty good too. with great service accompanying all that I'd say it's worth the stop“
