Manager was very rude and arrogant on the phone when they forgot my large fries. When I went back into the store to get my fries, the manager hide in her office and made me wait 30 minutes just to tell me I was lying and she wasn’t giving me fries. Refused to give me my receipt back and she was very rude and disrespectful to the other employees. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed the behaviour and customer service this employee is representing your business
I want to share a deeply disappointing experience I had today with Mary Brown's. We ordered an 18-piece feast through SkipTheDishes, excited to enjoy a nice meal with our family that was visiting . But when the order arrived 45 minutes later, our two large fries were missing—a small but crucial part of our lunch.
