Subway in Peterborough

“Friendly staff. The pair worked as efficiently as they could despite there just being 2 of them. They finished our order of 4 individual sandwiches in about 10 minutes. It is a bit of a wait for customers behind us. A 3rd or even 4th employee would be hugely beneficial, even if just for peak times.
I've got subs and wraps here. The subs always tend to not be evenly spread - one bite is bun, the 2nd bite is the veg, the 3rd bite is the meat. Not sure if there really is any other way to build a sub tho?“

You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the quality and presentation. Ayushi, on the other hand, is fantastic with her communication. “Always order online ahead of time. My daughter has dance nearby and we pick up dinner after.
Our experience with ordering for the past 6 months has been nothing but stellar.
Stellar service and appreciated employees.
If you are ranking this location by it being busy etc then you must be a local expecting something faster than perfection.
Every sub I have ordered the past 6 months has been spot on every time. And they greet you when you come to pick up. And they thank you for your business. This doesn’t exist in larger places such as Toronto. Enjoy the good life and great subs right here. Made your way every time all the time.“

“We came to this subway location around closing time, the employee Prajeet cleaned up already but was kind enough to put back the trays and made us few sandwiches! He could have called it the night but didn’t!!! Best service ever!!!!

“One of the best subway in peterborough.Great staff,friendly customer service,awesome food,nice and clean restaurant.The manager(Red)makes you feel comfortable while you are there and takes care of all his customers and will ask how the food was after you eat your sandwich.Thats greatly appreciated.Will definitely recommend for family and friends and wil be back for sure. Thanks.

“My son and I went in just after 4pm yesterday and my son who has worked in a sub shop and pizza place stated that this was the cleanest place he has seen serving food and especially this time of day.The employee was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.Subs were great.(Teriyaki chicken sub and assorted cold cut and 2 M&M cookies and a pop).Pricey but fresh and worth it.👏“

“Went in with my girls. Try to get Josh to fill your order!!! Made our night. He was hilarious, friendly and we left laughing at all his silly sandwich jokes. It was refreshing to see someone so friendly and positive.

“Price was ridiculous! The staff was not helpful for example could have recommended a way that the sandwich would not have been $30. Was the only customer in the store and I still had to wait. Atmosphere was non-existent as I was the only one there. Worker seemed put out by having to make me a sandwich. The sandwich itself was mediocre.

Parking: There are only a few spots that are allowed to be used for Subway and they were very strict regarding use of spots. I was lectured before I even got in the store by other stores owners regarding my use of a spot. Even though I was the only one in the parking lot at all and I have been there for less than 1 minute they still felt the need to warn me about not staying longer than the approved 20 minutes“

“We online ordered two sweet chicken teriyaki and the lady was helpful. We did dine in and she was playing with our kid while working.
The experience was good. It was not so busy.

“I regularly eat at Subway and the service is always great with friendly servers. Nice fresh buns and produce. This time l tried this new chicken entry, "chicken sidekicks" l have to say with regret that it fell quite short of its appetizing description. The bun is quite small and the chicken piece is tiny. It is definitely not crispy at all and the bun is doughy. At $4 not a good choice. The larger version looks like a larger bun with 2 tiny chicken patties which by the way literally dont taste like anything at all. Weird. Think lll stick to my favorite sub which is always ?good. If possible, get your vaccine or Booster and let's beat this thing!! ???“
