I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. When I walked in, there were no other customers, but the staff didn’t greet me at all. The person preparing my order (the woman wearing a hijab) had a very unfriendly attitude and made me feel like I wasn’t even there. Her facial expressions and tone were rude, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable. By the time she handed me my food, it was like I didn’t exist. Totally disappointed and not planning to come back.
The staff at this location are not very welcoming, and the customer service has been disappointing. This is my second time having the same negative experience, which is very frustrating. I expect respectful and professional service, but unfortunately this location continues to fall short. I hope the management addresses this issue.
