They made me very anxious because I thought I might have made a mistake with my order. Despite being polite and not raising my voice, one of the women kept giving me a scowl. Thankfully, the manager on duty was able to help me sort everything out. However, ever since that incident, I’ve been avoiding Tim Hortons.“
