Many customers appreciate the amazing staff and their ability to work incredibly fast while still delivering great service. The front dine-in staff, especially in the mornings, are consistently kind, friendly, and attentive, with no mistakes in drink orders. Vanessa, one of the employees, is often praised for her great service and friendly smile.

While not a spectacular location, it serves its purpose for a quick coffee fix. The sandwiches are delicious, the doughnuts are tasty, and the coffee is much better than it was when owned by Wendy's, although it hasn't returned to its pre-Wendy's glory. The store is clean, with plenty of seating, and public Wi-Fi is available for those needing to get work done while waiting. Some customers mention that the location is conveniently across the street from their workplace, and the staff, including Kuljinder and owner Chantel, are always kind and welcoming.

However, some issues like backed-up traffic to get into the parking lot and drive-thru, as well as loud conditions when ordering, are beyond the staff's control. A suggestion has been made to add a sign facing the parking area for better visibility, especially for pedestrians from the West side.
