Many customers appreciate the amazing staff and their ability to work incredibly fast while still delivering great service. However, some have noted issues like backed-up traffic to get into the parking lot and drive-thru, as well as loud conditions when ordering, which are beyond the staff's control.

While not a spectacular location, it serves its purpose for a quick coffee fix. The sandwiches are delicious, the doughnuts are tasty, and the coffee is much better than it was when owned by Wendy's, although it hasn't returned to its pre-Wendy's glory.
