For main meal I ordered spicy beef tacos and my hubby ordered fish tacos. Everything was perfect. All the sayers and toppings complimented our tacos perfectly. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on some me authentic Mexican.”

“Minor Fisheries is one of My Fave spots for Amazing, Light, Fish & Chips. They bread the fillets, no heavy batter & fries are well cooked, skin on. Coleslaw very light. Ambiance beautiful, watched a ship in Canal.”

“This location is celebrating the 70th anniversary with the original building, and it is architecturally significant - built according to the US style of the 1940s, with separate service windows for whites and colored people, and no dining space inside.

It is only 2 blocks from the Humberstone bridge, the Welland Canal and Lock 8.”

We’d tried 2 others in the area but weren’t impressed .This place is exceptionally clean & proper protocols are followed for Corona virus. The food has been so nice & fresh . “I went into the Subway on Main St. West in Port Colborne, just before they closed, and despite my very late order, the young lady serving me, Pri, was kind, courteous and very polite. She made my sub quickly and exactly how I like it. Her customer service was outstanding and I think she's doing an amazing job. Pri, is definitely a model employee and I think there needs to be more people, like her, working in the customer service industry.”
