Had to practically scream for the attendant to hear my order in the drive through, and of course it wouldn't be McDonalds unless they forgot something, no sauce for the nuggets for us, and the fries were already like warm..ugh, and did I mention they were out of McRibs, at a time when they are promoting them heavily? Give me a break....
This is my local McDonald’s and they are sometimes efficient, but there is almost always something negative with each visit.Today I had to repeat my order 3 times for the ‘voice’ in the speaker to get it right. It was fairly quickly assembled, but I was shorted a small fries, I realized once I was home.How much would it take for them to check that the order is correct?Last time, my Thai chicken wrap was barely wrapped and fell apart as soon as I opened the paper wrap. My only complaint is that either the people taking your order, or the people packing your don't pay attention. Often my order is repeated back to me correctly only to find missing items at the next window. Sometimes the bill doesn't include those items so how people are reading me the correct order and then somehow neglecting to charge me is a mystery. A little more attention to detail all around would go a long way.
