Yesterday I called ahead and ordered a family poutine: I had my daughter with me so I called at 4:25pm to place my order, and they told me “roughly 10, minutes or so”
I didn’t get my food until 4:55pm. Yet people that just got there and just ordered (20 minutes after I called and made my order) got their food first?
