Food given was NOT what was pictured on the menu!! Also napkins are never given….too much to type on the reasons why to type it in here
My last tim hortons trip before moving to Florida. We went through the drive through and had wonderful service from who I assume was the owner. I was given a sausage egg and cheese muffin by accidentally ordering that rather than the biscuit. We went back to order a new one and she was so nice and helpful. Gave us the new one for free and multiple donuts and a muffin on top of well wishes for my move since we shared this was my last tim hortons trip. Definitely a great experience...read full review
Order accuracy is a real problem and they are always running out of products. No bacon at breakfast time. No chips at lunch. And they struggle to get orders filled correctly
