“Very quaint coffee shop in the neighbourhood. Cozy environment, coffee was tasty, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a cortado, flat white, and the vanilla latte. The sweetness level was perfect in the vanilla latte. Nice place to stop by for a good cup of coffee.“

“Beautiful spot, I could not believe how busy it was, great vibes, amazing lattes and the owner seems super chill and is the one behind the counter making the drinks. I went there an hour ago and already want to go back, the Matcha latte is soo good!“
“Haven't tried the food at this location but the coffee! I hit this spot for a cup before the commute, always friendly service. The 4 stars for atmosphere as its in a grocery store, a walk up counter. It's always clean and well stocked though.“
“This is our go to location for Starbucks. Even if we are on the opposite side of town we will order here and drive over. They know there customers they make an extra effort to chat to you. It’s always a welcoming experience and they want to make sure they make it right if something is wrong. They’ve always gone above and beyond with service. The store atmosphere is always bright and welcoming. Management is fantastic just like the staff!“

“Cruising down Highway 11 from Muskoka and the sudden urge for an ice cream cone came upon me.
We were approaching Orilla so dialed up ice cream parlours and a few spots came up.
One oddly connected to a car wash, just couldn’t wrap my mind around that one.
So we headed downtown to Cool Cones.
Nice old building with lots of fresh airy space inside.
Lots of offerings other than ice cream as well.
Of course I ordered the largest cone they had, and my wife ordered the smallest.
Rang in under $15.00 so a reasonable price.
The staff were very polite and friendly as well.
I’ll mark this one on the map for a return date!“

“Service here is starting to go downhill fast. The employee's barely talked to you or acknowledge you're even there. Too busy talking with other customers over the speaker box or to fellow employees. They had to remake my order twice, because they weren't listening to my simple instructions. It was just an iced coffee with no sugar, but twice, they put sugar in it lol simple stuff.“

“We found this restaurant after a quick online search, as we are visiting Orillia from out of town. The ambiance is beautiful - upscale, but not so formal that you can't come in with jeans and a sweater. The view of the lake is the perfect backdrop for a meal. My boyfriend ordered a Brisket Eggs Benedict - smokey and full of flavor. I ordered the Fare Omelette - vegetarian and feta filled. Both our meals came with home fries. Portions were average sized and perfect for our appetites. Prices were also typical for an upscale brunch spot, and they are justified for the flavors. Speaking of flavor, our Americanos were also delicious. Our servivce was fast, and when we our server asked about local attractions, she provided some great suggestions. I would absolutely recommend this gem to others!“
