“This place never disappoints. Roger has been the chef here for eons, even before he bought the place. This wonderful old diner has been around since the early 50's.

The fare is simple and honest. Don't expect haute cuisine. What you can expect is great service, good prices and honest working person's food.

I tried the grilled chicken club on rye and could not finish it. Very tasty. My partner had her usual Con Beef Hash with scrambled eggs and rye toast.

The food will always be great here.“

“After a surprisingly difficult morning, Wlgin Mills Sunset staff made our day. Despite being completely packed, we weee seared quickly. Friendly smiling staff weee hustling. Clearly a family business with two young but eager and happy busboys. Obviously owners kids. So friendly. Had a purpose. Nice to see kids socializing with adults and enjoying helping out. Cheers. “The food is what you expected at a breakfast place . Nothing wowed but kids enjoyed it .
The issue is the menu clearly written toasts are included, when we got our meal and toast were missing. We asked our server, she said oh toasts are no longer included .
We were like , it’s written in menu and you didn’t tell us .
She then proceed and said oh no problem what toast you want I get it for you no charge . She was nice and we appreciate her offer. Just thought the place can be better manage if they decided to not offer something in the menu they should either corrected or let us know ahead of time instead of us finding out when we asked .“

“We 4 senior ladies were warmly welcomed and our server, Parth, was excellent - personable, attentive and efficient with wonderful people skills. My poached eggs were perfectly cooked, medium yolk as requested. Delicious coffee too. It was a very positive experience, in no small part due to Parth and his boss. “My husband and i had take out from this restuarant a couple of months ago and the food was really good!

So We ordered catering from Ala Turk for our baby shower,l last night, and it was DELICIOUS, FRESH with nice and clean presentation.. we ordered a platter of meats with rice , salad, dips and bread.. our guests asked for take away.. which is a great sign! Delivery was exactly on time. The fresh baked warm pita breads were INCREDIBLE we made stuffed sandwiches with the dips and salad WOW 👌🏼 also your hot peppers are a great unexpected treat with the meats.

“Laid back place I go regularly for the Big breakfast. Prices are reasonable, the owners are kind and the place is clean. I prefer eggs over easy with bacon and rye toast, comes with potatoes and slices of orange which I love having after eating.“

“Stopped in for lunch at this restaurant located in a strip mall. Pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and very good food.

Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful, she went above and beyond.

My wife has the Taco salad and substitute the beef for chicken. And I went with the club sandwich. They didn't have turkey but substituted chicken instead.

The restaurant is very clean, including the washrooms.

“We came here on a weekend for breakfast. The place is pretty spacious with lots of tables.

We ordered the pancakes with fruits and Benedict 3 egg with goat cheese.

Both were really well designed and fresh, however the pancakes were average in terms of softness and the benedict had too much cheese which outweighed the taste of the sauce.

The coffee was very fresh and its refill unlimited. The table had all the sides, like jams and peanut butter and syrup.

The lady who served us was super nice and cheerful. The service was really fast although it got packed very quickly.

The good point is there is free parking outside.
