Absolutely delicious sweet and savory treats. I have so many food allergies but I can safely eat the food from this bakery. i appreciate the plant based options too.
I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet.

Amazing cakes and treats!!!
My wife and I just got married and Jasmine’s cake was the talk of the night! It was so spectacular and delicious! Her work is 2nd to none and if you are having an celebration, there is no better option for cakes that Dibs Scratch Bakery! 1000% recommend!

The offerings include a Brookie, chocolate cookies, smores tart, cheese bread, slab cake, cupcakes, soft serve ice cream, funfetti cake, coconut tart, chocolate cake pop, vanilla soft serve, olive focaccia, brownies, and key lime tart. The food is very good with great flavor and textures, decadent taste, and impressive presentation. Items are not overly sweet but sweet enough to pair with coffee, and are delicious and reasonably priced. The olive focaccia is only available on Friday. The staff is pleasant and warm. Customers highly recommend the bakery and plan to return to try more goodies.
