We always make a point to stop by Ramona’s whenever we are at Hillcrest Mall. Our experiences are always wonderful thanks to Setareh. She is a true “Star”! We were pleasantly surprised and amazed that she remembered us, including the exact details of my previous order. She makes us feel like valued regulars, even though we don’t get to go as much as we would like to. She is truly exceptional! Thank you Star and looking forward to our next visit!

Ramona’s Kitchen, located in Richmond Hill at Hillcrest Mall, offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, though the place is really small and can get crowded with small tables. The food is always delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Highlights include a thin crust pizza with generous topping that is amazing, crispy with tasty sauces, and excellent breakfast dishes with great coffee. The 3 Speed beer served in a child glass was also noted. Service is a standout, with staff like Setareh, who is a true “Star” and remembers regulars’ exact orders, and Kiana, who is amazing, super kind, and attentive. Pedram is also sweet and pleasant to talk to, efficient with orders. Some days there is a wait for a table, but the good service and great food make it a top breakfast spot in Richmond Hill.
