“I had tried some gluten free bread options at some local grocery chains - yuck! That’s all I can say. I am not a gluten- free expert, as I am only starting to treat my ailments through experimentation, but let me tell you this - I am very happy with the product from Winnie’s! I went in and was promptly greeted, and the young lady that helped me was so pleasant and patient while I asked a million questions. I purchased a standard gluten/dairy free loaf of white bread. When I got home, I cut myself a generous slice, popped it in the toaster and buttered it. I had very low expectations to be honest, but what do you know… IT WAS FANTASTIC! I would go as far to say that’s it’s better than grocery store (gluten filled) bread. I can finally have a toasted tomato sandwich again 🤗 Will definitely be back!“

“We were a group that tried almost one of everything on the menu. Escargot, Caesar Salad, Lamb, Duck, Coq au vin, Scallops, a beautiful French wine and to finish Creme Brulee, Coffee and Cognac. It was all so good. The flavours were out of this world. And the service couldn't be better. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that served us. She was very well informed and very attentive. “I enjoyed Italian Cuisine at Dels Kitchen on Valentine’s Day.
The young ladies at the Hostess stand were very friendly and helpful. They offered to take my photograph in-front of the Valentines Balloon display.
The service from my waiter Hayden HM was very good.
The food is always fresh and Homemade using locally sourced ingredients.
I started with the soft and fluffy flowerpot bread. It is served with two flavoured butters one sweet (cinnamon) and one savoury (garlic)
Then I had the Arancini balls that were very good.
For my main dishes I had the Chicken Parm and the seared salmon with orzo pasta, parmesan cream sauce, spinach, rapini with marinated tomato, pistachio crumble.
Both very good. For dessert I opted for the Chocolate Gelato with a Cappuccino and I enjoyed that grand finale immensely.
Next time I would love to try the butternut ravioli.
The décor is very nice and creates an Italian village staycation with the beautiful Murals, rustic wine barrel, and an eye catching Greek statue. I went down a a rabbit hole researching about this sculpture and this is what I gathered.
It appears to be Atlas the Titan carrying the celestial sphere on his shoulders. This cosmic responsibility and burden was a punishment for fighting against the Olympians in Greek Mythology. Very Interesting!
My only disappointment is the hours of operation on regular days.
If it was open at lunch time I would be a regular, but unfortunately it is on rare occasions that it opens earlier than 4pm.
I will be back again when it opens at noon!“

I've had the pleasure of having an assortment of her cookies and macarons and let me tell you - WOW! Not only are her macarons gorgeous and perfectly proportioned, the flavors are on point! There is such an assortment of cookies as well you will not be disappointed. My husband and I absolutely love the salted chocolate cookies, just perfection. “As an avid pizza lover (I have a tattoo that says pizzaprincess) this place hit it out of the park. Not only was it some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time you can tell the lady working the counter, who also made my pizza, made it with love and care.
I made a special request that was quite unusual to celebrate years of service for a coworker. Having her spell the number on the pizza in pepperoni. She happily took my request and took so much care in making sure I was happy with it. Although I didn’t try one, the cannoli looked absolutely amazing and was calling my name from the display case. “Usually I have no problems with their pizza but tonight I ordered 2 med meat lovers and a med chicken shwarma. The meat lovers were good like usual but the chicken shwarma was nothing like the ones I've had in the past .very few toppings and the taste was bland. I have gone back before the owner reached out to me and ordered 2 medium pizzas and both were very good just like they have been in the past. “I ordered online a thin pepperoni pizza and i didn’t know that comes with oregano, my son can’t eat it with different flavours. I talked with them and they make a new one right away, even though it was a busy night and they had lots of orders to do . the stuff here it’s friendly and great. they didn’t want to charge me for the second one. We get our pizza from here all the time . Please make sure to leave a great tip for the hard working guys.“

They have also gluten free breads in 2 varieties, both very tasty.
Regarding the cakes and pies they have a nice variety, however it would be great to have more. A lot of European varieties, especially German. Very tasty.“

I visited Fresh Burrito for the first time today, and I’m so impressed! The staff were super professional and friendly. I told them it was my first time visiting, and I wasn’t sure what to order. “It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Works as the last couple of times we went we were disappointed. We were craving burgers and decided to give the Works one last try.. and we are so glad we did!
The restaurant was packed which was refreshing considering last time we went there were barely any tables filled.
The menu looked new and refreshed with a sleek look including pictures and a smaller menu that isn’t as complicated.
When the food came out we were so excited. The fries were cooked to perfection and fresh. Our burgers were absolutely delicious and fresh. We had the burgers with bacon jam and candied bacon .. wow.. so yummy. We also noticed that instead of the food being served on a silver tray it was served on a sleek black plate. Much nicer!
All in all a delicious meal and we will definitely be coming back to our old favourite spot, The Works!“

“Nothing tasted fresh I struggled to finish the items we ordered. The crab salad had a rotten fish taste to it the sashimi was not fresh the salmon was coming apart when you picked it up the fish seemed to have a taste resembling being improperly frozen for too long.The presentation was terrible like cafeteria style. It was cheaper than all the other AYCE sushi restaurants...but for a reason it is the lowest quality in the K W area. We actually left still hungry on a positive note the waitress was really nice.
