“We ordered Laszlo's pizza tonight as we are staying at Carson's camp. within 20 mins from calling it in we were at home with our pizza. we got the meatlover's and it did not disappoint. the staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. We don't get away often, but we will definitely be back.”

“The Beach House café has a very charming decor. We enjoy sitting on the front veranda with our favorite ice cream or London fog tea to admire the sunsets over the beach across the street.
The pastries are very fresh, espresso, cappuccino or lattés are delicious as well. Very friendly service by lovely couple.

Parking: They have 2 or 3 free spots available on their property plus some available across the street.

Kid-friendliness: They have smaller ice cream portion available for young children.

“Amazing desserts! I came here last week with my family and the service was amazing. This one young girl helped us a lot and had some great skills with her ice cream rolls! Let alone the drinks, they were also amazing. Everything here just screams Wow!! Especially with the beach nearby this is a must go to!!”

“We were vacationing at Sauble Beach and decided to try, Pizza Delight, since there isn’t one in the Niagara area. The service was very friendly, and our order only took 20 minutes. We ordered the Ultimate 21” and a 12 slice of garlic bread that fed our family of four; plus there are leftovers for our lunch during the drive back home. We will definitely be back next year when we vacation at Carson’s Camp again. 5 out of 5 stars”

“We've been going here for a number of years. The store is right across from the main beach and is a cornerstone of the Sauble food "scene". Yes, it's a cash only business, but we always drive there and have spare change in the car. Always friendly service. Scoops big enough to be a meal! We love the great, ever changing, selection of flavours. Not your grocery store brands, this is REAL ice cream!”

“Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews, there is always 2x the amount of toppings I find at locations in Toronto, staff is always friendly, and never had an issue here! Maybe it's because Im only in sauble beach during the off-season, but still hard to believe.”

“We stopped by for their fush and chips dinner, which happened to be on special - buy one at full price and get the second one at half price.

The fish on hand was Pollock, and it was served with a large mound of fries

The fish itself was delicious and tender and flaky, but the batter (seems homemade) was a tad greasy but still flavourful.

The fries were both plentiful and hot.

The malt vinegar was served in single serve packets and was adequate to the task, but the pre-packaged tartar sauce was not to our liking.

The first cup of coffee served was not hot but was still flavourful.

The refill coffee was super hot and so much better - quite nice, in fact!

The small side of coleslaw served with the meal was quite delicious, and I contemplated ordering another serving.

The restaurant is small and can be easily missed as one drives past it.

The interior has booths and tables in dark wood that hearken back to a simpler time and thus makes the customer feel relaxed and at ease.

On display all along the walls are sketches and drawings of artwork that is for sale and while there for our meal, we noticed some lovely sketches (in full colour) of numerous birds that were most assuredly done quite beautifully.

We especially liked the one of the Blue Jay and the one with the Chickadee.

The service was excellent.

The price charged was most reasonable, and we were quite full when we departed.

We will definitely return and try out some other dishes served.

Aside: Advertised it reads that they do serve an all-day breakfast, but we have not yet tried it. Perhaps we will try it on our return visit.

From our perspective, this is a hidden gem in Sauble Beach - even though the batter on the fish was a bit greasy and the prepackaged tartar sauce not great.

If you pass by, we would recommend that you stop by and give it a try.

It is quite informal and cozy.

Parking: It is a strip mall with plenty of parking in Fall but in summer when the tourists flock then al bets are off because all of Sauble Beach is a veritable zoo and free-for-all.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible as is the dining area.”

“Went here because the brewery across the street was supposed to be open but was closed to the public due to a private function. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The waitress was very friendly and the food was amazing! Great portions and quality and lots of options to choose from. Looking forward to our next visit!”

The place that you love to be in everyday.
It starts from the lovely souvenirs that are displayed in the store to the plenty of flavours and options that you have to choose from.. It took me a while to make my mind..

Service was so fast, taste was awesome, and price was great. We tried waffle cone with one scoop for each of us. I took the "Salted Caramel Truffle". It was the nice mix with caramel sauce blended with Vanilla base and caramel pieces.. It was mouthwatering. My spouse tried the "Mango" option. It is a mongo blend with pineapple. She enjoyed it so much. My kids enjoyed the "Moose Tracks" which is vanilla base with peanut butter cups. It was amazing.”

“This is hands down the best Thai food I have eaten outside of Thailand. I count down the winter months to open up the cottage in Sauble… and to eat here again. Family run, and you can tell. “Understanding the staffing issues concerning the majority of restaurants, we surpassed our tolerance of patience. We ordered the specials of the day, which, after an hour still had not been served. To add insult to injury, the couple seated beside us, who arrived a half hour after us, received their meal, we still did not have ours. Whether it was server error or kitchen error, we will not be returning, no apologies given to us and no retribution, we left after paying for our beverages, at least we were hydrated. It saddens me that a beautiful area such as this has such little care for the patrons which are necessary to keep these businesses afloat.”

“Dropped into Bandit while in Southampton. It’s a large Roadhouse style brewpub. Food in general was OK for a Roadhouse. Onion rings were great. Fries were so so. Service was ok. Beers were ok too. Nothing much remarkable about this place.”

“SO DISAPPOINTED!! Drove 2 hours to treat my dad to an early Father's Day dinner. His selection was Duffy's Fish & Chips. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Duffy's Fish & Chips in Southampton! Caesar Salad was soggy and warm (definitely not refrigerated before being served) then served 2 minutes before our main meal was received. The main course of Fish and Chip, I don't know what to say except it was probably the worst Fish & Chips meal I've ever had - definitely not authentic Fish & Chips. Add to our experience, my second bit was into a bone about an inch long. Again, very disappointing experience for both my dad and I with a pricey bill!!”
