We went back when we moved here.
I love that they help the community here in the Soo.

“The worker there was really nice. His hands were full, and he accidentally dropped a couple of fries and onion rings, but later came back with a full-sized box of onion rings.

The place is fancy, too. They give you cutlery, and the whole restaurant is really nice.

It was a little loud, with some people washing dishes, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I also liked that they gave my grandpa an ice-cold cup for root beer.

Overall, the food was really good! I thought my wrap would be a little bigger, but honestly, it was the perfect size for me.“

“My father recently passed away and loved A&W. He use to go there regularly for coffee with a group of friends. On the way to his funeral I stopped by to get a root beer to put with his memory display table. I also asked the girl for a bag to leave beside it. I then told her I needed it for his funeral service.She immediately offered me a free mug or anything else I needed to insure my Dad had all his favourite A&W things on his final journey. This heartwarming gesture made me cry , I was overwhelmed with her kindness and left with a mug to put on his display table. She was so compassionate and went the extra mile and I will be forever grateful for her kindness. It was the BEST customer service!! Thank you again , I just don’t know your name or else I would have included it.“
