“My father recently passed away and loved A&W. He use to go there regularly for coffee with a group of friends. On the way to his funeral I stopped by to get a root beer to put with his memory display table. I also asked the girl for a bag to leave beside it. I then told her I needed it for his funeral service.She immediately offered me a free mug or anything else I needed to insure my Dad had all his favourite A&W things on his final journey. This heartwarming gesture made me cry , I was overwhelmed with her kindness and left with a mug to put on his display table. She was so compassionate and went the extra mile and I will be forever grateful for her kindness. It was the BEST customer service!! Thank you again , I just don’t know your name or else I would have included it.“

“I had a great experience at Burger King. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I ordered. The staff were polite and quick, and the service was fast even though it was a busy time. “Went to this Harvey’s on Sunday the 12th at around 7pm and ran into the most epic rock star menace dynamic duo I have ever witnessed (Trevor and Jacob) they worked so seamlessly together and had me dying with jokes in the drive thru these 2 made my night I don’t know how they have fun working a fast food job but they absolutely rock that place I will be back just to see those 2 in action again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤘“

“staying at the Quattro and wanted something easy. Got delivery, ordered pizza, salad and ribs. very very good. delivery man was pleasant and polite. delivery didn't take long and it arrived within the time frame they gave us. We will definitely order again the next time we drive through.“

“Just had to share a positive review solely based on amazing customer service.
So I ordered uber and through a small mistake I was sent a wrong item. I called the store with the intention to just bring to their attention that they should pay closer attention to the specifics of an order and the changes made to items. I was speaking to a manager (which I’m upset I didn’t get her name) that handled it in the best way possible, which was confirming my order and then driving out herself to my house to bring the correct item. She even upsized the item as well! Very happy with how it was handled and how above and beyond they went over a small mistake.

“Pleasantly surprised to find out they now serve breakfast (starting at 10am) had a delicious breakfast and Ceasar, complimented with excellent service from Tori. Breaky prepped by Maria so yummy, bacon was perfect! And an added touch from Jamie in the kitchen coming out to add to the conversation.
