“Just had to share a positive review solely based on amazing customer service.
So I ordered uber and through a small mistake I was sent a wrong item. I called the store with the intention to just bring to their attention that they should pay closer attention to the specifics of an order and the changes made to items. I was speaking to a manager (which I’m upset I didn’t get her name) that handled it in the best way possible, which was confirming my order and then driving out herself to my house to bring the correct item. She even upsized the item as well! Very happy with how it was handled and how above and beyond they went over a small mistake.
