“Went to this Harvey’s on Sunday the 12th at around 7pm and ran into the most epic rock star menace dynamic duo I have ever witnessed (Trevor and Jacob) they worked so seamlessly together and had me dying with jokes in the drive thru these 2 made my night I don’t know how they have fun working a fast food job but they absolutely rock that place I will be back just to see those 2 in action again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤘“

“Just had to share a positive review solely based on amazing customer service.
So I ordered uber and through a small mistake I was sent a wrong item. I called the store with the intention to just bring to their attention that they should pay closer attention to the specifics of an order and the changes made to items. I was speaking to a manager (which I’m upset I didn’t get her name) that handled it in the best way possible, which was confirming my order and then driving out herself to my house to bring the correct item. She even upsized the item as well! Very happy with how it was handled and how above and beyond they went over a small mistake.

“My father recently passed away and loved A&W. He use to go there regularly for coffee with a group of friends. On the way to his funeral I stopped by to get a root beer to put with his memory display table. I also asked the girl for a bag to leave beside it. I then told her I needed it for his funeral service.She immediately offered me a free mug or anything else I needed to insure my Dad had all his favourite A&W things on his final journey. This heartwarming gesture made me cry , I was overwhelmed with her kindness and left with a mug to put on his display table. She was so compassionate and went the extra mile and I will be forever grateful for her kindness. It was the BEST customer service!!
