“I had a great experience at the drive-thru with Tim Gotten Guy Sukhpreet Singh! He was friendly and efficient while taking my order. The service was quick, and everything was perfectly prepared. Sukhpreet made the whole experience smooth and pleasant—definitely a standout in customer service!“
“There was an issue between the app and the in-store system with an offer. The initial interaction was frustrating, as the front staff member seemed annoyed about staying past her shift and suggested the issue was my fault, despite the offer appearing on her screen and then disappearing. After about 30 minutes and the help of two managers, the issue was finally resolved. I appreciated that the managers took the time to investigate and make things right, although the experience could have been handled more smoothly from the start.“
“I don't drink coffee but will drink iced drinks. What I don't like is the vagrants and beggars with signs saying "anything will help." If you give them money its for drugs, there was a video posted of three of them (beggars) then they were smoking Crack in the bus stop in front of the building.“
“It’s always a convenient spot for a quick coffee, tea, or snack at the drive thru. This location is very clean. The servers are very polite. Overall it’s a nice place to stop in or meet up with a friend. Try my favorite, a Large London Fog, they also make a good Chai Latte.“
“Wandering Canadian review! By sheer chance I needed to stop here (only 1/5 thru a long road trip) and I'm sure glad I did.
It was turning into one of those days where things weren't exactly going right for the team. But damn, they still kept a smile on their face and did everything they could to make the customers happy.
Seriously, I even got a surprise sandwich.
The staff here are amazing and need to be recognized for it.“
