The bao was soft and fluffy. Friendly staff. Nice booths for dine-in.
All items in their menu are tasty and delicious. Staff are very friendly and we got to meet the chef who’s behind this famous “Bao” recipes. They were able to keep the Pinoy flavour in their fusion and we’re just so proud and happy to know that they are located close by in Scarborough.
Great spot- delicious👌, no sit down but place your order, walk around the area - mall and food court has a classic old Chinatown feel to it

BAO MAMA - Ghost Kitchen & Catering offers delicious baos that exceed expectations. Their specials, such as the "Triple B" Braised Beef Brisket Asado bao and "THE O.G.C." Original Crispy Chicken bao, are flavorful and tender. The chicken adobo on Thursdays is also highly recommended. The staff is extremely kind, and the food is worth the visit, even if it's a 20-minute drive. It's a ghost kitchen with no seating, but the quality of the food and friendly service make it a must-try in the GTA. Customers have enjoyed the free dessert bread during the opening, and the baos are filling, with the fries being crispy and well-seasoned. The shrimp bao featured a Discount of the day, and the sinigang fries are recommended. Customers suggest being mindful of the food court's policies when visiting the ghost kitchen. The birria bao, although pricey, is super delicious, with a flavorful birria and cheese grilled into the bao.
