The chicken is extra crispy, juicy, big pieces, and the spicy has a nice kick. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. Wish they had mac & cheese. So much better than KFC. Better than Popeye’s. Went at 6pm on Nov. 24. The counter staff were very nice and friendly. Looking forward to returning. Please open one in Hamilton!
Ordered 2nd time as I liked my first purchase but this time they disappointed me highly. Chicken was tasteless as I ordered spicy they gave wrong order even of 10 pieces. It was too oily. Not gonna order again I guess. Didn’t give any tissues with order like it’s basic thing but still didn’t get any.
Called ahead for order gave them 55 min to prepare, still had to wait additional 20 min to get ready, as I have to expense my food staff says can not print receipts, but later was ok to print receipts, I paid for my order which was approx $165 and got message that charged but staff says didn’t go through and she reversed the payment, and had to pay again, I did show her message but she said it will be reversed and to get receipt need to pay again.
