CoCo Bubble Tea - Parkway Mall offers great boba and even better service. The staff are friendly, patient, and always kind, respectful, and patient. They take time to answer questions and don’t rush customers when ordering. Drinks are consistently good with balanced sweetness, good tea flavor, and pearls always done right. The staff ask exactly how each drink should be made, including sugar level, ice level, and toppings. When the Lemon King was removed from the menu, the staff suggested the Lychee Green Tree drink, which is awesome. The team shows teamwork and dedication during busy hours. It is an easy place to come back to.
