All you can eat hot pot lots of choices. Service was great which is rare in Chinese restaurants. Very reasonable price.
Went for a work lunch. The lamb and chicken are both very delicious.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot is a good hot pot restaurant and buffet with excellent selections. The food is amazing, fresh, and a 10 out of 10, offering a wide variety of different foods. This includes all kinds of meat like lamb, beef, chicken, and crab, as well as many vegetarian options, veggies, and juicy beef balls. The mushroom soup base is loved. Meats are brought as much as you can eat, while veggies and other meats are self-service. The service is the best of the best, with many polite and nice waitresses. The atmosphere is amazing. It is cheaper than Haidilao. However, the selection of desserts is disappointing; the sesame balls were hard and chewy, the jello was tasteless, and the fried buns were inconsistent. The sour plum drink is no longer free. For dinner or a celebration, it is highly recommended, but for lunch, it is suggested to be early as the restaurant fills up fast.
