When I was a kid, I used to live close to the area and would often frequent the mall for doctor's appointments and such. I no longer live close to the area. The family running the store, back then, were husband, wife, daughter and son. People working there (mother, daughter) seems really nice. Got a small cake there and it was good. Prices for baked goods cost a little more than at the bakery at the Metro supermarket in the same mall. I may go back because some stuff looks pretty good. I know Open Window is chain bakery which is why i'm guessing it cost a little more compared to other neighborhood bakeries, i think they should just open a independent bakery and save on the franchise fee because i don't think...read full review

Went around 1pm on a Saturday and looked like food had been sitting out for a while. Mostly curious and wanted a snack.Got the bbq pork bun and the cheese/spinach pastry. When asked if I wanted it heated, it would have gone in the microwave.The pork bun had minimal filling and flavour. The flakey pastry was only slightly better.
