The washroom was not clean when I used it. Also, the door does not have an automatic closing or locking system for customers, which is inconvenient. The worst part was the handwashing area—the water flow was so weak that even after rinsing, it still felt like soap was left on my hands. This is a serious hygiene issue and really needs to be improved.
Staff is arrogant sometimes
