Worst Experience. The staff were not welcoming and spoke rudely making the visit very unpleasant. The customer service was extremely poor, and there was an unpleasant smell inside the restaurant. Overall , it was a disappointing experience, And I hope they improve their customer service and cleanliness.
Very disappointing experience. The person at the reception was not helpful or welcoming. Air conditioning was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food quality has declined significantly compared to what they used to serve. Overall, the experience was not worth it. I hope they improve their customer service, dining environment, and food quality in the future.
