This is the worst place to interact with Tim horton employees. Specially female staff is very rude when talking with customers. Instead of incomplete order issue from Kiosk, they blame customer only. I request higher Management to provide proper customer interaction training to staff members.There was no issue with order.
The person at the counter was talking on the phone when I got in and told me I’ll be right with you. Waited for 10 mins at the counter and just walked away after this happened. Probably not gonna visit this store again.
