I think this has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Scarborough. I've been here all of 8 times and all 8 times they got my order wrong. I've been over charged and under delivered. Just went to this tim hortons as this is near to my house i went 2 times this week and everytime i have to wait alot and the Wrap they give even charged for the extras and don’t put it in I asked for the cilantro lime veggie wrap with extra chipotle sauce besides asking to the lady she didn’t even replied and ignored i waited for 5 minutes and a girl and bog then changed it for me worst customer service the lady was Srilankan I don’t want to spread hate but she was rude...read full review

Staff was great under the circumstance. They had tons of orders to fill and people were waiting for a long time for the orders. They need more people working there, but greedy owners wont do it. They are dragging the Tim Horton's name through the mud.
