My experience with the food and customer service was horrible. This was my first time going to the restaurant with a friend. I order lo-mein with jerk chicken meal. When my food came it was swimming in cornstarch gravy. I am allergic to this and it was not appetizing looking . I ask to change for rice instead I was advised this was not possible and was told they would remake my order without cornstarch. When I got my order again it was the same. employees are very rude and have bad attitude 😤
The food here is amazing and we decided to go eat Inside today as we usually pick up. Huge mistake we met the grinch that stole Christmas. Most horrible waitress, looks pissed to do her job, we were left sitting with no greeting for over ten minutes then she gave attitude when we ordered a drink. She also watched us like we are suppose to know ordering food requires walking over to a location all the way to the end.
