I come here often and I've had only two mistakes via my orders. The store/employees had corrected the issue in a professional manner and in the same way. Today, karthaak (or was it sarthaak? I apologize if I got the name wrong) handled the discrepancy and it was quick, friendly, and professional. It's good to see that the staff is all trained the same across every shift. The customer service here is great!
