As for the service, Such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I get they don’t have a plastic lid but I really don’t like drinking with a paper straw so I usually just take lid off and drink with out a straw but these cups make it difficult to do that. Love the idea but the design needs work or option for old cup with no lid maybe…“
